Miami Tigers youth academy anchors Hialeah scene with 7U teams and in-house batting cage
Based in Hialeah, the Miami Tigers run a youth baseball academy that fields teams at very young age groups, including 7U, and promotes year‑round skill work and games [1][2]. The club’s footprint on the local diamond stretches back more than a decade, with games on record from 2010 [3].The program also operates a batting‑cage facility in the city, listed at 2695 W 6th Ave, with a HitTrax simulator available for hitting sessions and instruction [4][5].All of it sits within Hialeah’s wider effort to expand opportunities for kids in baseball and softball, including programming with the Miami Marlins Youth Academy [6].
