Mid-Atlantic Shockers anchor Berlin youth baseball with active USSSA squads
Based in Berlin, the Mid-Atlantic Shockers operate as a tax‑exempt nonprofit (EIN 26‑3178790), maintaining a steady youth‑baseball presence on the Shore. [1][5]On the field, the club fields multiple age‑group squads in USSSA play, with the 14U Red group off to a 4‑1‑0 start and averaging roughly eight runs scored to just over three allowed. [2]Depth runs through the younger ages as well, where the Shockers’ Bunting side lists Mark Bunting and Brooks Tyndall as coaches, underscoring continuity in player development. [3]Tournament stops for Shockers teams include regional hubs such as Sports at the Beach in Delaware, adding regular top‑flight competition to the calendar. [4]
