At Norwood Pines Park, we may be small, but our commitment to the game remains strong. Our two tennis courts and two handball/racquetball courts continue to serve Pompano Beach’s local racquet sports enthusiasts, offering a quiet neighborhood spot to practice, play, and stay active ([cdn.pompanobeachfl.gov](https://cdn.pompanobeachfl.gov/city/pages/planning_zoning/Recreation.pdf?utm_source=openai)). While there’s no new development announced for Norwood Pines Park specifically, fans may be excited to know that across the city, Pompano Beach is expanding its racquet sports offerings. The opening of eight new pickleball courts at Sgt. Kip A. Jacoby Park this past December reflects the growing interest and excitement around paddle sports in our community ([browardist.com](https://www.browardist.com/p/pompano-beach-just-added-8-new-pickleball-courts-here-s-where-to-play-next?utm_source=openai)). Whether you love tennis, racquetball, or you’re curious about pickleball’s rise, we’re here for you—on our courts, and around our vibrant sports community.
