Oahe Zap Baseball Struggles in Recent Independence League Matchups
Oahe Zap Baseball has faced a challenging stretch in Independence League Baseball competition. The club dropped two resumed games to the Spearfish Sasquatch in mid‑June, falling 12‑4 in a suspended contest and then 10‑8 to complete the sweep (kccrradio.com). Shortly thereafter, the team responded with a positive result on June 11, defeating Spearfish 7‑5 at Hyde Stadium despite being out‑hit (kbhbradio.com). These mixed outcomes reflect the team’s fluctuating performance as summer collegiate play continues.
