Orioles Youth Baseball & Softball Play Ball Weekend to Include BVBL Participants
The Baltimore community will see engagement in baseball and softball through MLB’s upcoming PLAY BALL Weekend, June 5–7, which encourages youth participation across the region. The event includes a Play Ball clinic, a High School All-Star Game, regional showcase games for 15U and 18U Nike RBI teams, and a Pitch, Hit, and Run competition (mlb.com). While specific coverage of BVBL is not highlighted in public announcements, the club is expected to benefit from the increased focus on youth baseball and softball opportunities in Baltimore during the weekend.
