Padavan-Preller Fields: nine-diamond Bellerose complex, home of Queensborough Tigers
Padavan-Preller Fields, 236-02 Hillside Avenue in Bellerose, is a roughly 14-acre baseball/softball complex featuring nine diamonds—two beginner fields, two softball fields, two 90-foot diamonds, two 60-foot diamonds, and one 70-foot diamond—on grass, with bathrooms, concessions, covered dugouts, night lighting, parking, a playground, spectator seating, and tournament capacity [1]. HBQVB Athletic Association serves as the home club and operator at the site [1]. Queensborough Community College’s Tigers baseball team plays its home games at Padavan-Preller Field [2].
