PHR Baseball Association serves Pleasant Hills–Ridgeview youth at Brightbill Park
PHR Baseball Association is a volunteer‑run youth baseball league in Lower Paxton Township, serving the Pleasant Hills, Ridgeview and Devon Manor neighborhoods and surrounding areas.
