Program profile: Dig In Baseball builds travel teams, camps and tournament slate in Gaithersburg
Anchored in Gaithersburg, Dig In Baseball runs a full-service player pathway: multiple travel teams by age group, year-round instruction with camps, clinics and private lessons, and a steady regional tournament calendar out of its Rickenbacker Drive base [1][2]. The program’s profile also catalogs alumni recognition and program records, underscoring its development footprint [2].Leadership is established and visible: Co-owner Steve Ballance and owner Will Frazier steer the operation, with Jake Vanko as head coach and Bill Vanko as associate head coach. Staff coaches include Gabe Levine and Ethan Forbes [3].The club’s information and updates run through its official site and social channels, which track rosters, schedules and community notes for families across Montgomery County [1][4][5]. Team entries and schedules appear on regional event platforms like Xposure Sports and MapleZone Sports Institute, reflecting regular participation across seasonal slates [6][7].
