R.A. Podar College underlines cricket footprint across college and junior‑college ranks
R.A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics fields cricket teams at both college and junior‑college level through its Gymkhana, competing across Mumbai’s inter‑collegiate calendar [1].Recent seasons feature podium finishes for the junior‑college boys, including a runner‑up place in the DSO Mumbai inter‑collegiate cricket and wins at Junior Colleges Sports Association of Mumbai events [1].Beyond junior ranks, the program is a fixture in local scorecards and match reports, with R.A. Podar regularly lining up in inter‑college ties across the city [2]. The college, based in Matunga, Mumbai, anchors the teams within a long‑standing commerce and economics institution [3].
