Royals name J.J. Picollo president of baseball operations
The Royals have named J.J. Picollo president of baseball operations, establishing him as the top voice on roster construction, player development and pro scouting in K.C. [1]The move follows an earlier chapter in the club’s front-office evolution, when longtime executive Dayton Moore was elevated from general manager to the same title, reshaping the leadership ladder that set the current structure in motion.
