Sun Conference Softball Tournament Highlights Clearwater Region
DevX Player Development, a Clearwater‑based baseball and softball training academy, operates in a region recently active with collegiate and youth softball action. From April 30 to May 2, Clearwater hosted the Sun Conference softball championship at the Eddie C. Moore Complex, which featured NAIA college teams competing in tournament play (softball.travelsports.com). Additionally, the University of South Florida claimed the 2026 American Athletic Conference softball tournament title in early May, earning an automatic berth to the NCAA Division I tournament—a relevant development for regional softball dynamics (en.wikipedia.org). These events reflect the vibrant competitive landscape in which DevX Player Development operates.
