Swanger Sports Complex to Host Multiple Tournaments Boosting Local Baseball and Softball Scene
Next Level Prospects continues to train in a thriving regional environment as Texarkana’s Swanger Sports Complex prepares to host 17 baseball and softball tournaments this spring and summer. The Texarkana Parks and Recreation Department announced last month that the operation includes events organized by BASE, USSSA, BATT, NCS, and 2D Sports, drawing teams from Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. The modern facility, which opened in May 2025 and features turfed fields, covered dugouts and bleachers, and updated amenities, is expected to bring hundreds of athletes and spectators to the area (txktoday.com).
