Texarkana Youth Baseball Activity Highlights Region’s Spring Season
Southern Athletics Baseball Academy continues to operate in the broader context of active youth baseball and softball programming in Texarkana. While recent club‑specific developments are sparse, the region’s Swanger Complex in Texarkana hosts regular seasonal tournaments such as the Wilson Sports Tournament (May 16–17) and the USSSA Big League Chew NIT (May 23–24), underscoring ongoing competitive opportunities for local players who train at facilities like Southern Athletics Baseball Academy (texarkanatexas.gov). These events reflect a vibrant local baseball and softball ecosystem in which the club participates by preparing athletes for regional competition.
