Texarkana Youth Complexes Boost Local Baseball & Softball Scene
Southern Athletics Baseball Academy is proud to see our Texarkana community investing in high-quality facilities that benefit fans and athletes alike. While we don’t have specific news to share today, we’re thrilled that the newly renovated Swanger Baseball Complex—featuring turf fields, upgraded restrooms, concessions, and gathering areas—opened on May 2, 2025, at Spring Lake Park(kkyr.com). These enhancements promise even better game-day experiences for our players and supporters. We also recognize the broader momentum: cities across the region are stepping up youth baseball and softball infrastructure. Southern Athletics Baseball Academy remains committed to fostering local talent and looks forward to showcasing our athletes at these revamped venues soon.
