Sports Facilities Companies is set to assume management of the West Chester Township baseball complex on Union Centre Boulevard, which features four tournament-caliber fields. The township will continue funding operating supplies via its general fund, while capital improvements will be financed through the Ohio 747 tax increment financing district. The development is expected to enhance baseball and softball infrastructure in the region, potentially benefiting nearby training institutions such as the Ohio Baseball Science Academy by providing improved community field access and increased local sports activity.
