StoryLocal Grant Boosts Burntwood Platinum Boxing Club Programs
Burntwood Platinum Boxing Club has recently been allocated a £500 grant from Burntwood Town Council’s funding round between April 2023 and March 2024, enabling the club to support its activities and community presence (burntwood-tc.gov.uk). Additionally, the club was among those celebrated for earlier grants awarded in April 2024, where Platinum Boxing received £5,000 annually over three years to expand youth-focused training and wellbeing initiatives through its classes at Redwood Park (lichfieldlive.co.uk). These funding boosts have allowed Burntwood Platinum to enhance equipment, increase class capacity, and deliver broader engagement with young people in the region.
