StoryFolding Mountain Taekwondo Instructor Expands Reach with New Jasper Program
Folding Mountain Taekwondo in Hinton is preparing to expand its program into Jasper this fall through the launch of a sister school, Ultimate Taekwondo Academy. Instructor Dez‑Rohan Godfrey, a black belt and tournament gold medallist, will lead the new classes, offering two weekly sessions grouped by age at the Jasper Activity Centre. Belt promotions will take place between September 2025 and May 2026. The initiative reflects the club’s commitment to extending access to taekwondo within the region in a structured, community‑centered format.
