StoryProposal for Indoor Pickleball Dome Advances for Kelowna Club
A proposal that could bring a year‑round facility for GLOBAL INDOOR Pickleball Club (Kelowna) has moved forward following a recent council rezoning decision affecting the Kelowna Springs golf course. The rezoning paves the way for a pickleball dome that would include 12 asphalt courts, viewing areas and warm‑up spaces, positioning the club to gain a dedicated indoor home. This development aligns with ongoing efforts to accommodate rising racquet sports demand in the region and reflects broader trends in Kelowna’s efforts to expand indoor playing options.
