Story‘Come and give it a go’: Humber Warhawks launch Sunday taster sessions for 2025 push
The Warhawks are throwing the doors open this month, running open taster sessions on Sundays 12 and 19 January from 10:00 to 12:00 at the University of Hull’s 4G pitches on Inglemire Lane. Sessions are open to anyone aged 18 and over, with no upper age limit. Helmets and shoulder pads are provided; bring boots, a gumshield and a drink. [1]The club is rebuilding after several retirements and a recent drop down a division, and will line up in Northern Division Two alongside Darlington Steam, Doncaster Mustangs, Gateshead Senators and Wakefield District Raiders. The first kickoff is slated for April as the group targets a promotion push in 2025. [1]Newcomers can turn up for the Sunday drop-ins or connect via the Warhawks’ social channels, with the team actively recruiting for the new campaign. [1][2]
