StoryLennox Post 174 Jr B confirmed for 2025 and 2026: junior program built on state titles
Lennox’s Junior Legion stays on the front foot: Lennox Post 174 Jr B is listed on the American Legion’s official registry for both the 2025 and 2026 seasons, keeping the junior pipeline running strong in town [1][2]. The team pages list Curtis Lottman as manager and Brethorst–Burma as the program sponsor, underlining the steady structure behind summer baseball in Lennox [1][2].Since launching the junior squad in 2017, Post 174 has turned the age‑17 side into a Class B force, stacking multiple South Dakota Junior Legion state titles and standout MVP performances during championship runs—hallmarks of a group that keeps raising the bar for the program [4].The footprint extends beyond the junior roster, too. Post 174 also fields additional Legion teams, with separate listings underscoring the depth of the overall setup for 2026 [3].The roots run deep. Post 174 recently announced the inaugural class for its Legion Baseball Hall of Fame, honoring the builders who helped shape generations of Lennox ballplayers and the culture that now powers the junior team’s rise [5].
