PCYC Mount Druitt is set to enhance its martial arts offerings following recent funding approvals. In February 2026, the NSW Government awarded $300,000 through the Community Building Partnership Program to support local projects, including the replacement of worn gymnastics equipment at PCYC Shalvey, which also benefits martial arts infrastructure and programming improvements (greaterblacktownnews.com.au). Furthermore, a major expansion of the facility is scheduled to commence in 2026, with plans to more than double its size.
