Baseball Unlimited in Waltham: BBU Tigers, four live cages and year-round instruction
Baseball Unlimited has established a year-round home in Waltham, pairing an indoor facility built around four live batting cages with private and group instruction for players of all ages [1]. The club fields travel teams as the BBU Tigers and competes on the regional tournament circuit, including Perfect Game New England events [1].The facility is listed at 55 Athletic Field Rd., placing it by the city’s athletic complex for easy access across MetroWest [5][6]. Team news and player spotlights run through the Tigers’ social channels on X and Instagram, with additional facility updates on Facebook [2][4][3].Program notes highlight tournament hardware in the younger age groups, including a 10U New Balance Select Baseball Massachusetts state title in 2021, underscoring the pipeline the Tigers are building through the lower levels [1]. The space supports lessons, rentals, and clinics throughout the calendar, keeping bats hot through the winter and into spring [1][3].
