BSF Elite Performance Opens Off‑Season Team Training in Henrico
BSF Elite Performance in Henrico has launched its off‑season team training program, the organization announced. The 12‑week initiative, based on the BSF 360° Athletic Development Model, includes strength, power, speed, agility, mobility and mindset components. Each team receives combine athleticism testing, twice‑weekly sessions at the facility, a bodyweight training program for use at home, mobility routines, and weekly “5‑Minute Mindset Mastery” sessions. Mental performance seminars are offered monthly from November through February. The program is currently accepting teams and already includes returning participation from a 12U Nielsen Softball team and an 11U Purcell Baseball team. The club said availability is limited. This structured training offering follows BSF Elite Performance’s focus on developing complete baseball and softball athletes.
