Carroll University Sweeps Beloit Team in Doubleheader
Carroll University completed a doubleheader sweep over Beloit on March 22, 2026, defeating the Beloit Sky Carp Baseball Club in both contests. In the first game, Carroll secured a 6–3 victory behind a two-run triple from Jimmy Williams and ten strikeouts over seven innings by starter Erik Jaschinski. The second game concluded with a 6–5 result as Beloit rallied late but fell short. The Beloit Sky Carp Baseball Club | High‑A Affiliate of the Miami Marlins saw tightened competition from Carroll’s offense and consistent pitching, hindering their ability to respond in time. The outcomes underscore early-season challenges for the team as they strive for cohesion and offensive rhythm.
