Del Vets Post 1 supports Legion baseball, youth softball and summer swim in North Wilmington
Delaware Veterans Post #1, founded in 1946, serves veterans and their families while doubling as a steady home for community sport in North Wilmington [1][2]. The Post backs American Legion Baseball and local softball efforts and keeps a seasonal swim facility buzzing once the heat turns up [1][3].On the grounds at Veterans Drive, amenities include a meeting and banquet hall, member programming and veteran resources, plus a flag-retirement drop box—features that keep the campus active year-round [1]. Updates and event notices run through the Post’s official channels throughout the season [1][3].
