East Greenbush Youth Field Development Underway
East Greenbush Babe Ruth appears in regional youth baseball discussions as Sorensco Babe Ruth, a subdivision of the Southern Rensselaer County Baseball Association, which serves East Greenbush and neighboring communities. The association is working to revitalize the S2 baseball field behind Goff Middle School, aiming to restore the infield, mound, and bases to support travel teams and enable hosting tournaments. The effort reflects an ongoing commitment to improving local youth baseball infrastructure in East Greenbush. The East Greenbush Babe Ruth community gains added support through such field restoration projects that benefit both the club and area baseball programs.
