Extra Innings Watertown continues to serve as a prominent instructional baseball and softball facility in Watertown, Massachusetts, offering structured fall leagues that emphasize skill development over competition, with over 1,000 participants engaged last season ([extrainnings-watertown.com](https://www.extrainnings-watertown.com/play/fall-leagues?utm_source=openai)). The club also hosts specialized hitting clinics on selected Sundays, providing focused training sessions limited to 18 players per session at their facility ([emassbaseball.com](https://www.emassbaseball.com/clinics?utm_source=openai)). The presence of this facility complements broader youth baseball and softball activity in the region, including Watertown Youth Baseball & Girls Softball’s opening day celebration scheduled for May 2, 2026 ([wybb.org](https://www.wybb.org/?utm_source=openai)). Together, these initiatives reflect ongoing efforts to support player development across the Watertown community.
