Finnmark Football Development Highlights Inclusion Initiative
Fjordgård Idrettslag remains part of a broader regional focus within Finnmark football, where initiatives aim to bolster inclusion and fair play across multiple clubs. The Finnmark Fotballkrets’s “MII‑MET‑VI” project spans Finnmark from 2024 through 2026, encouraging clubs—including Fjordgård Idrettslag—to appoint dedicated campaign coordinators to promote cohesion among players, coaches, referees and fans. The program emphasizes cultural understanding and unity across communities through workshops, videos and match‑day roles. This integration underscores the club’s engagement within Finnmark’s football development framework.
