Indiana Softball Team’s LLWS Runner‑Up Finish Highlights Regional Milestone
Seymour Little League players and families have local visibility enhanced by a historic performance from another southern Indiana program—the Floyds Knobs Community Club 12U All‑Stars, who reached the Little League Softball World Series championship game for the first time in Indiana history before falling 1‑0 to Pennsylvania in Greenville in August 2025. The team earned their spot by winning district, state, and Central Region titles (wdrb.com). The achievement underscores the growing competitiveness of youth softball in the region, offering regional context and relevance for Seymour Little League as it continues its own season and development.
