IUP Fencing Club anchors campus fencing scene, welcoming new and experienced blades
Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s student-run fencing club keeps the sport thriving on campus, with a mission to promote fencing and help members build skills across experience levels [1].The club’s presence shows up on competition rolls in recent seasons, with IUP-affiliated fencers logging bouts on the circuit — including Michael Opferman, Brendon Beatty, and Kenneth Bohl [2][3][4]. It remains the campus home base for students looking to learn, train, and test themselves on the strip [1].
