Jefferson County Youth Football League keeps kids on the field in Jefferson County
On fall weekends in Ranson, the Jefferson County Youth Football League puts local kids in pads and helmets, organizing seasonal teams and games across the county [3][2]. Families handle sign‑ups and schedules through the league’s Sports Connect site and official homepage [2][3].The program is part of the USA Football network, aligning with national youth‑football standards for player development and safety [1]. Past seasons have opened with community ceremonies and a full slate of games; the 2018 kickoff drew a big crowd as the league launched another year [4].
