Local MLB Foundation Supports Youth Softball Upgrades in Atlanta
Baseballism Atlanta is mentioned in the context of local baseball and softball advocacy as MLB Together and the Atlanta Braves partnered with Cobb Parks to renovate three softball fields for the Rhyne Park Girls Softball Association during All‑Star Weekend. The upgrades, which include turf infields, batting cages, updated fencing and new equipment, enhance youth access to the game. The project was highlighted alongside Athletes Unlimited Softball League’s efforts to support girls’ participation in the sport. While Baseballism Atlanta is not directly involved in the initiative, the broader investment benefits softball communities in the club’s region and aligns with the club’s commitment to the wider baseball and softball culture in Atlanta.
