Luke Jones racks up hits in 2017 Harry Bridges Little League action
Luke Jones pieced together a hot run for Elwood in the 2017 Harry Bridges Little League season, starting with a 2-for-3 line in Elks vs VFW on May 23 that featured a single, a triple, three RBIs and a run scored [1]. He followed with two doubles against J&L on June 2 [2], then added two more hits the next day facing VFW on June 3 [3]. It was a contact-first surge that set the tone in the heart of the order as Elwood’s summer got rolling.
