Manzanita Ball Club Anchors Growing Youth Baseball and Softball Participation
Manzanita Ball Club, based in Phoenix, Arizona, continues to operate as a non‑profit youth organization serving approximately 400–500 boys and girls aged 4 to 16 in both baseball and softball. The club offers spring and fall league programming across tee‑ball, softball, and baseball divisions, relying on sponsors, registration fees, snack bar revenue, and donations to support uniforms, equipment, umpires, and safety infrastructure (manzanitaballclub.sportngin.com). The organization, established in 1965 and located near 41st Avenue and Butler, remains a fixture in the local youth sports community by facilitating recreational opportunities year-round for young athletes (manzanitaballclub.sportngin.com).
