Mud Puppies Return Brings Spotlight to MASH Baseball Club Facility
The Northwoods League announced in December 2025 that the Minnesota Mud Puppies, a collegiate summer baseball travel team based at the MASH Baseball Club’s Savage training facility, will return to competition for the 2026 season following a one-year hiatus (en.wikipedia.org). MASH Baseball Club provides the base operations for the Mud Puppies at its Savage campus, including training support and logistical infrastructure (en.wikipedia.org). This reinstatement underscores the facility’s regional significance in hosting higher-level amateur baseball activities, reinforcing the club’s role in the upper-tier baseball and softball development ecosystem.
