New Jersey Youth Soccer has extended its Innovate to Grow initiative to Union City Soccer Club, providing essential equipment—including balls, cones and full team kits—to support youth soccer programming in Union City, New Jersey. The initiative, launched by the U.S. Soccer Federation, aims to bolster grassroots development in underserved communities. Union City Soccer Club gains access to coach education, player development resources and administrative guidance through this partnership, strengthening the club’s capacity to engage families and deliver quality programming.
