Pelicans make it three straight, top Fireflies 4–2 after winning homestand opener
Back at Pelicans Ballpark, Myrtle Beach grabbed the homestand opener on April 28 in a tight, back‑and‑forth game to set the tone [2]. Two nights later, the Birds closed out a 4–2 win over Columbia, pushing the streak to three straight [1].The early home stand has the Pelicans playing on the front foot, with the crowd riding every big pitch and late‑inning at‑bat as the club settles into its spring rhythm [2][1].
