Rochester Honkers Secure Long-Term Home at Mayo Field
The Rochester Honkers Baseball Club has secured its tenure at Mayo Field through 2030 following approval by the Rochester Park Board of a lease extension commencing in 2026. The arrangement ensures the team will continue hosting summer collegiate league games at its long-standing home venue. This extension reinforces Mayo Field’s status as the franchise’s base and supports continuity for both the team and local fans. The team's first game under the extended lease is scheduled for May 27, 2026, against the Thunder Bay Border Cats, with first pitch slated for 5:30 PM at Mayo Field.
