Rugby in Russia’s Tyumen region sees structural updates ahead of accreditation expiry
The regional public organization “Federation of Rugby of Tyumen Oblast” («Региональная общественная организация «Федерация регби Тюменской области») is noted to have its accreditation due to expire on 19 May 2026, according to the official registry of the Russian Rugby Federation. The organization, headed by President Evgeniy Alexandrovich Gryaznov, with Anton Aleksandrovich Kuklin as Vice‑President, oversees rugby activity across the region, including youth development programs, military and university teams. This structural framework underscores the preparedness of the regional body to continue formal operations and development of the sport in the Tyumen area.
