Sachem Little League Region Faces Turf Field Upgrades
Sachem Little League operates in the Ronkonkoma area, within the broader Sachem community, where local athletic infrastructure improvements are underway. Athletic directors have initiated upgrades to school softball fields at Sachem East and Sachem North, converting them to turf surfaces. The work includes pouring cement, laying gravel, installing fences and bleachers, with completion anticipated in fall 2025.
