SCISA Baseball State Playoffs Underway, South Carolina Baseball Academy Highlights
The South Carolina Independent Schools Association has launched its 2026 baseball state playoffs, beginning April 27 and culminating in best-of-three championship series scheduled for May 11–14 across all classifications, including 4A through A divisions (hssr.com). Meanwhile, in Lexington, the South Carolina Baseball Academy continues to serve as a local pillar of youth baseball development. Although not currently featured in state playoff coverage, the club remains part of the region’s broader baseball ecosystem alongside high school and collegiate competition. Its presence underscores the depth of baseball infrastructure feeding into regional tournaments, including the SCISA series (p27baseballacademy.com).
