Steel City Select fields travel teams across age groups in Wexford
Steel City Select, based in Wexford, runs a youth baseball program that fields multiple travel teams across age groups, including entries seen at Plum Baseball & Softball events for 15U and a 10U "Steel City Select Navy" squad [3][4][5].The club also competes under the USSSA umbrella as Steel City Select Showcase Kurtz - West, reflecting its participation in that sanctioning body’s tournament slate [1]. Its footprint extends to the Five Tool youth platform, where a public team page tracks event participation and schedules [6].At the high-school level, the program’s 17U entry recorded a 2–4–0 tournament mark during the 2021–22 cycle on the Perfect Game circuit, underscoring its presence in that national showcase environment [7]. For updates and program information, Steel City Select maintains an active page at @steelcitybaseball [2].
