UCC Cricket Club keeps pushing on in Munster and varsity cricket after 2023 cup triumph
UCC Cricket Club continues to fly the University’s flag across Cork and beyond, competing in Munster and intervarsity competitions under the Cricket Ireland umbrella [1][2]. The Students are aligned with the Irish Universities Cricket Association and the Munster Cricket Union, reflecting a clear pathway for both student and club cricket [1].Recent honours back up the momentum, highlighted by a Munster Junior Cup title in 2023 and indoor intervarsity success that underscored depth across the squad [2]. The club’s active presence at @ucccricket keeps supporters and prospective players in the loop on fixtures, results, and campus recruitment [2].
