Youth Soccer Landscape Evolves in Illinois Amid New Competition Structure
Levar Fisher, Inc. More Than a Pro features within a broader context of growing youth soccer infrastructure across Illinois, as the state witnesses the introduction of “NewComp”—a unified, elite competition merging the National Premier Leagues and US Youth Soccer’s National League, set to commence in the 2026–27 season and serving over 150,000 players across 10,000 teams (illinoisyouthsoccer.org). Though not directly tied to the club, this new pathway may present future opportunities for organizations such as Levar Fisher, Inc. More Than a Pro to engage with elite-level youth soccer. The club is positioned in Matteson, Illinois and could benefit from integration into the evolving statewide competitive ecosystem.
